J.J. "Jack" Kramberger;
Chief Geologist

Mr. Kramberger has been an active geologist in the oil and gas industry for 38 years. The majority of his work has been on projects along the Texas and Louisiana Gulf Coast. He has also worked North Louisiana, East Texas, Arkansas, Fort Worth Basin, West Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, DJ Basin, Powder River Basin, and the Canadian Rockies.

Previous employers include Pan American Petroleum (Amoco), Mitchell Energy, Inexco Oil, McRae Oil & Gas, and Goldking/Panaco. Jack has also worked as an independent petroleum geologist, providing consulting services, as well as prospect generation, and marketing and management of multi-well projects for industry participants.

Mr. Kramberger holds a B.S. in Geology from the University of Wisconsin, and a M.S. in Geology from the University of Michigan. He is an active member in various industry organizations including AAPG, Houston, West Texas and Shreveport Geological Societies. He is recognized by the American Association of Petroleum Geologists as a Certified Petroleum Geologist #1836. Jack is also a Registered Geologist in the State of Texas #819 and the State of Arkansas #143.
